Whether your relationship is thriving or facing challenges, this workshop provides skills that can help couples better understand one another and foster greater trust, respect, and connection.

Bringing baby home

The Bringing Baby Home Workshop, developed by John Gottman and Julie Gottman, helps couples navigate the transition to parenthood while strengthening their relationship and family connection.

Welcoming a new baby is a joyful experience, but it can also bring significant changes, stress, and challenges for couples. This research-based workshop provides practical tools to help partners communicate effectively, manage conflict, maintain emotional closeness, and work together as a parenting team.

Designed for expectant parents and families with young infants, the workshop focuses on nurturing both the couple relationship and the parent-child bond. Participants leave with strategies to support their growing family, foster healthy child development, and create a strong foundation for life after baby arrives.
