The first session is an opportunity to discuss your concerns, goals, personal history, and what you hope to gain from counseling. My goal is to make the initial appointment as comfortable and easy as possible.

Sessions are generally scheduled for one clinical hour (approximately 53 minutes) unless otherwise specified.
Longer sessions are available when requested and clinically appropriate, but are subject to additional out of pocket fees.
